@TETRACYCLINEit is u or cse market who think 140 or even 150/250 is very huge score, but max marks se 100 kam he hai, to ye khoon kholne wali koi baat he nhi, ita just new paper setter new cycle new paper

koi score huge nhi h , chahe 200/250 ajaye, huge wo margin h jisse aap avg se uper rhte ho, 150/250 in essy koi itna huge nhi bolta ki next year upsc usko down kare, to gs 3 k 120s /110s mei avg aane se marking chnge?

2015 tak subject mein 250 was very good acore and 300 was huge as per the cse market , 2016 mein 250 ka chnge hokr 280s mein hogya and huge ka 320s mein ,,,
i dnt think upsc mein 7 ya 8/15 max limit hai, wo dete h 12,13,15/15 , but aftr moderation intra and inter raw score nhi dikhta apne ko,
ps ye sbh coaching walo ne apne ease k lie kia hua hai, accha answer 6/15, best answer 8/15, intro to 1 add krdo, intro mhi to 1 mat do, ye sbh nhi hai waha, sbh tukke marte hain, n log bs bakio la sun k usko he sach smjhte hain

@TETRACYCLINEIf pre answer key is declared, people will go to court and then upsc won't be able to complete process on time. Mains ke question jaise bhi ho, but pre ke question ka standard itna ghatiya ho gya hai ki luck based hai. You can't know the answer for sure in some questions even if you have all sources.

true but upsc is one such organistion which has successfully managed such things
pre and mains ke bich ka time v itna tensionhota hai jb tk prelims ka result nhi ata pdhai nhi hoti

mjhe lgtahai upsc walo ko personally ye lgtahai ki jyada marks nhi ana chahiye
pre ka cut off bdhrha tha 13 to 16 fir difficulty level was raised sugnificantly tab ma cut off kam hua
mains me v last yr cut off kam kiyahai

@TETRACYCLINEatleast in prelims there is some sort of surety whether one will clear or not (except who are near boundary). So preparation is not affected much however in mains things are entirely different. we can never be sure whether will qualify or not.
After mains I have not touched book. completely out of cycle. i cannot focus either on next year prelims or interview.
Na padhne main mann lagta hai, na sone main, na hi porn dekhne main.

@vvvikas0078212Some states like TN have a challenge system. They put out the key immediately after exam and you get 15 days to challenge it. Yeah it does go to court but usually TNPSC is not stopped by courts. Exam and case go on side by side. UPSC can do the same too. All they have to do is provide a valid counter to challenges on maybe 30Q at max.

upsc ne level playing field banane ke chakkar main luck playing field bana diya hain,
at least pre main toh

@A_girl_has_no_nametake few daf analysis session before coming to Delhi if you want to.. m not a senior but saying this from my own experience... I went to Delhi after pre for mains test seriea and still regret it.. staying at home is much better than moving here for shorter period of time.

true in last yr it has again proved that its indeed a very dynamic exam and way ahead of what coaching institutes can even think of

Whatever but coaching institute indeed played significant role for some time. IBC format was their invention which paid them huge dividend
