Trust me it has less to do with Spine but more with the practical application.

I have tried both methods of staying sheepish and being confident.
And after reading extensively about how people respond to confident people no matter where they are in life and testing that hypothesis. I saw that it really works.

The more I squirmed about the fact I could not clear, more it bothered AND the more confidently spoke about it failures, not only people talked less of it. It stopped mattering to me

And frankly, I felt that too.

I will suggest you trying that for a few days as an experiment and see the results thereafter.

In my case, i have kept my UPSC journey a secret. Only my family knows about it.

No relative, not even my best friend, no shit.

maintaining such secrecy in digital times like ours should avail you directly to be appointed a raw agent.

in my home, even clearing prelims makes my father do such stunts as even a way younger me would fear to do

Jab UPSC aspirants ko fail hone par criticism face karna padta hai apne relatives se, neighbors se, job holder friend se ......bechara aspirants be-ijjati ka ghoot pee leta hai aur uske mind me ek hi baat chalti hai ......par kabhi kaha nahi ....mai Kah deta hu yaha forum me!!

Which city is this? In my family as well as social circle, age of marriage for women is around 26-27 while for men it's 28-30. It used to be much lesser earlier but is changing. I am about 24, so no marriage talks as of now fortunately.

Everyday i wake up, i am actually way prouder of myself than i ever was.

UPSC has definitely made me a way better person than i ever could be without it.

Selection hoga ya nahi, woh main nahi jaanta. Par yeh safar yaad rahega hamesha.

There's so much common between all of us at this point. Our experiences, struggles etc is very much relatable. Good bonding is how it should be ideally. It's just that every now and then people come up who want to prove a point about how oversmart they are which sort of spoils things. But most of the times, I feel this is a good space to visit. Much much better than that telegram group.

Haan yahan log help karte hain ek doosre ki without any problem. Tum kisi bhi cheez ke notes maango ya koi doubt poocho, people are always there to help.

Bass kuch log deliberately kisi baat ko kisi aur direction mein le jaakar apni knowledge dikhaate hain, woh nahi hona chahiye.

Koi baat nahi, people become better with time.
