bhai is wale question me maine ek example v diya tha gautam goshwami ka ki though he was praised internationally and even covered by times magazine for rescue work in kosi flood but he had to face criminal charges in the same matter
steps to protect honest officers me kya likha yad nhi arha but usme recent pca amendment act ko mention kiyahai jisme 6 ke jagah kewal do provisons bachgyi hai and civil servants ka be liable for punishment only if the have property unexplained by known sources of income and misusing their official position and not for any decision in which there was no public interest

Irrelevant but good to divert the minds of fellow aspirants.....
yesterday ....ME and one male friend... went to a wedding reception.
in Wedding party rain dampened the whole enjoyment, so instead of open garden all invited people were concentrated in wedding hall only.....
we found a great creativity of 'GOD' in marriage hall - ( i am writing lines of a song what happened yesterday )
Aankh uthi mohabbat ne angdayee lee
dil ka sauda huaa chandni raat me.
unki najro ne kuchh aise jaadu kiya
lut gaye hum to pehli mulakaat me!!
sath apna wafa me na chhote kabhi
pyaar ki dor bankar na toote kabhi ( we were thinking )
chhot jaye jamana koi gam nahi
haath tera rahe bas mere haath me. ( UPSC result ....secondary)
still it was raining much......
ritu hai barsat ki dekho jid mat karo
raat andheri hai baadal hai chhaye huye
ruk bhi jao sanam tumko meri kasam
ab kaha jaoge aisi barsat me ( we were thinking )
BUT the god's creativity went away with 4 rings car
later me and my friends booked cab ( wagon r lene aai hum dono ko )
finally we were discussing in Wagon R : bhai tune CYBER DOME me kya likha

Newspaper padhte raho bass.
