Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.
@neyawn sir and others, what is your take?
This is the official Thread for discussion of Prelims Postponement, Please do not create new threads for the same.
A friendly advice for the ones who are posting things late night or others:
Try to sleep early and wake up at 7am this last week and give mock/do PYQs at 9:30 with mask.
If possible try to wear masks around 9am, wear it for next 2.5 hours.
Those not so good at CSAT, try to give mocks for that also with masks. It's painful to not clear CSAT while the battle for GS is conquered.
@Patootie You always know what needs to be said when. Amazing that you came back in these last days. Bdw, if you can also suggest a last hour/last 30 mins playlist of some kind to some music illiterate people like me here, would be great. I usually just put on some loud punjabi tracks, which do have some good music but the lyrics do not make me think/cannot alter my emotional state.
@whatonly @thepolicydreamer Thank you for the love, my people! :)
Also,@thepolicydreamer,here is the link to my Spotify Playlist, put it on shuffle and see what you like?
That said, music has no language!
Amake Amar Moto Thakte Dao- Anupam Roy (Bengali)
Ohne Dich- Rammstein- German
Bright Whites- Kishi Bashi- A bit of Japanese and English (Also the happiest song you will ever listen to.)
@Patootie Okay I just played Bright whites and couldn't help laughing quite hard. If you know some japanese(can read, speak terrible), the refrain/chorus roughly translates to"keya keya sorya douse dame da" -It's useless after all."yamerarenai yamerarenai":I can't stop I can't stop.Happy song indeed! :p
HAHHAHAHA. Ignorance is bliss as they say, isn't it! You had to ruin it for me. :P
Either ways, I associate it with the memories of a roadtrip; so I'll pretend I never saw your comment. :D
@whatonly Somehow most of the aspirants I am talking to this time around, the fear for the exam is comparatively less. Maybe the pandemic has numbed the minds or this attempt is being given with the knowledge that it is an unusual year so detach yourself from the result.
I am myself having this pretty strange thing. As days are passing and the exam is closing in, I am studying less and less, IDK Why. It is not overconfidence, a very strange feeling. I am not happy with it but trying to make peace with it.
Exactly! I thought that's just happening with me. I remember last year a week before prelims the levels of anxiety and stress were damn high, but this time its kinda neutral. Now I'm wondering why I'm not so stressed, again its not overconfidence, just a feeling.
I get my adrenaline from there!
