Students who are part of Level 1, do they need to register and appear for Level 2 entrance test again? OR can they directly register for level 2?

i want to give sfg level 2 from patna centre but want to give entrance test online. is this possible? what is choose variant while registering for test- the entrance test centre or the sfg test centre?

I have registered for the level 2 but haven't received any confirmation email or msg. Even fees has been deducted and today is the last date, what do I do ?
