In simulator 05 question 36. They have asked about ultraviolet radiation uses. The first statement is : to improve the health of the eye lense. And the answer is that this statement is wrong. But in LASIK surgery ultraviolet laser is used. So anyone can explain this?

i have doubts with respect to Q13 and and Q 26 OF GS STIMULATOR 7
Q-13 - Foreign entities have been allowed in India by bar council (asper the explanation video of the last mock)
Q26- in Ryotwaari system, the revenue was directly taken from farmers without any intermediary but farmers were not considered as the owners rather just tenents of the state land (i.e British themselves acted as landlords.)
I may be wrong, can someone please clarify.
