If you can't pray, just breathe.
But by all means, don't give up on life. :)
Zindagi mei aise pal aayenge jab aisa lagega ki kuch bhi work nahi ho raha hai. You feel like you have hit a dead end from every possible angle. And when that happens, there comes that fatalistic thought to end everything. And that is the moment, when we need to be just patient, pray and breathe to live those moments of extreme adversity so that we give ourselves a chance to come back as champions when the time and tide changes in our favor.
