Tanked today’s targets, besides the SFG wasn’t able to complete anything!
I needed an advise on how should I sync my prep with the SFG calendar, is it advisable to appear in tests without revising a day before (though there isn’t a number to which one should ideally revise Laxmikanth, but I did a run through one month ago), and revise the test properly after giving it?
15th July review-
environment unit 1; 2 and climate change organisations done.. Plus optional target..wasted 1 hr in thinking of current affairs.. As used to do from next and factly.. Next stopped coming since Feb (Jan month they covered)..so to decide epic vs recitals vs vision for mains..
Lesson learnt - don't skip meals for fear of sleepy feeling.. if want to have proper output.. Its a long long journey...and a lonely one too.. And its fine to travel alone sometime..and its also fine to be scared a little..
16th July
9-1pm - pt365 march-may(part1/3)

3-9pm (includes coffee break and walk) - environment int'l org, int'l conventions + revising relevant current affairs

Give it a shot. I go through the old sfg test (same syllabus) and quickly glance through Laxmikanth to read tricky stuff. Will follow this for subjects I'm comfortable with: economics, modern history (freedom movement). Will shift almost completely to SFG for other subjects.

Kar toh main bhi nahi pa raha par gyan dena aasan hai, so
As@Neyawn would say, do few things (1 primary & max 1 secondary subject), do them well, sit for long hours, start day with an anchor habit (mcq etc), study within half hour of waking up, take planned breaks
14th July review-
Half day checked answers of 18 vision tests.. 5 still left.. As have not attempted them yet (initial tests and test 23..science n tech)
Slept 3pm to 4 pm.. Wasted 1 hr to get up... So from 5 pm started revision of environment..
Plan to revise 1 day subject and then analyse test papers next day in batch..currently plan to do this way.. Lets see how many time I change it..
Now will study for mains optional upto 1 am hopefully..
Today lesson - after reading comments of 13th July performances by other thread members.. Realised that it is normal to have such off days..
And actually I am thankful to forum for providing such a platform in such time.. Where some r away from Delhi.. Some r away from libraries or coachings.. And Some r just away..
“And some r just away...”
This hit me hard.
