@Thinker there are some question which differentiates between original provision and provision added by amendment ...here the 3rd provision was added by 7th amendment , it  was not part of the constitution so shouldn't that be wrong?

Unless and until the question is asking you to specifically identify the features of the Original Constitution as Commenced on 26th Jan 1950, always take the present scenario into consideration.

In the Test number 2 full test, question no. 98, isn't devaluation of currency (via dirty floating or other ways) a way to reduce current account deficit?  I have sent an email regrading this but no reply has been received so far.

4. Poor speed constraining large scale applications

Blockchain speed is much better than the traditional transactions. The article you mentioned talks about the potential to increase speed (which restricts growth of blockchain). However, it cannot be a disadvantage as its speed is significantly higher than the current options. (VISA, master card etc. ). Here is the data for the same:

If it's not too difficult for you to implement this on your platform at this point, I (and presumably many others) will benefit from these and would be extremely grateful for it:

  1. A "back" button should be available once you click to see the result of any test: because once you click to see a test result, it's actually really hard to access the main list of tests, as bookmarking the webpage with the list of tests doesn't work to get here. Plus since I am new to Forum online, it is really confusing to figure out Academy from Forum, esp since the personal account dashboards for both are different?
  2. Under detailed analytics, if we could filter questions by subject– since you're already tagging each Q by subject, static/current tags, this would hopefully be easy to implement *fingers crossed
  3. Under Question analytics, if you could introduce an extra column for subject . This is mostly similar to point (2)

I had been spending at least 5 hours after the test to read through the solutions until the live session on Saturday made me see my folly, and I realised that I need to go back to my source textbooks and re-read or add points there that I might be getting wrong. This is really tough to do if you can't tackle Qs subject-wise. I don't have enough desk space (and time) to efficiently switch between subject books while chronologically tackling Qs.

A subject-wise filter would be SO helpful. It'll be great if you can help us execute your own advice to aspirants!

@forumiasacademy @Neyawn

@jack_Sparrow  Can you help out here? The points are legit.

We will look into it by this week.

Thanks

Hi, any update on whether this can possibly be executed?

Polity Select Focus test#1

Q on fundamental duties as given below

Option 2 is correct according to Pt 4 underSignificance of Fundamental Duties,Pg 9.3 fifth edition of Laxmikant

Similarly, another Q from FDuties-

Acc to Laxmikant, RPA 1951 puts penal provisions for executing FDs because it is an offence to appeal to religious sentiments for votes etc. So this should be correct too, someone pls clarify.

I have attempted ST 3 but on test channel it shows as Start Test. Is it made knowingly or there is some error.

How martial law impact the centre state reln?

Under Martial Law, the area comes under the administration of the Military. Central government has influence over Military so indirectly they can make the Military govern the particular area under their discretion.

Normally, the people elect a state government to govern/administer a state. But as under Military Law, the Military rules over the area and there is a possibility of Central Government influencing military’s decisions, it can be viewed as a breach by Central Government on federal powers of the states via Military.

Another example can be, let’s take AFSPA. Usually a chief minister along with the COM, elected by the people, administers the state or area. But the governor can declare, AFSPA in a particular area of the state, and Governor being the Centre’s agent in the state, can make decisions based on Centre’s whims, affecting the federal structure and hence the federal power of the state.

Basically Presidential Order can be amended by the President with the concurrence of State Government is needed (and not of State Legislature). That's why the statement is wrong.
