@Yes_I_am_inhaha. ye to hai..upsc me kuchh bhi ho sakta hai. waise galat to nahi hai agar gyani logo ka consider hua tab bhi..1-2 number to milne chahiye.

Last attempt hai (third one but further dedicated attempt not possible as probation period is ending and need to focus on work too (state service)). Even if I give, much improvement won't be there than this time (except maybe optional 2nd paper). So just searching solace here.

You can for your own comfort Google the exact question where you will find a Google book which has given details about cooperation between 3 service sector in Indian context .

Now in governance ka paper if one writes service sectors economy wala then It is not correct in my humble opinion., just as separation of power means a specific thing and should not be interpreted as division of powers within states

@DipBhai toh probation mein workload zyada hota hain naa! Those blackmailing dhamkis, EoL aaka probation extend kara dega, increment ruk jaayegi, unauthorised absence can affect seniority list.. Probation khatam hone ke baad toh aap poore waale sarkari damaad ban jaayenge..

Nahi.. in state service, probation mein they give insignificant posting (without training) or attachment with senior officer. If seniors are good then it's easy. After probation period, you'll have to take responsibility plus, you start getting full and regular salary. So, focusing on studies only will mean missing out on many things including social life which gains more prominence now.
EoL depends on HoD and govt of the day. Some are even allowed 'informal' leave.

@STit all depends on how cooperative your seniors are; if they want then you can be on every kind of leave irrespective of service rules but if they aren’t cooperative then you can’t do much about leaves especially in probation period and in state services vo ek saal ka gap bhi nh milta jo central civil services me milta hai
