Mains 2021: Doubt and strategy discussion thread

I don't know what to say, really. Prelims is over. The discussion as regards the authenticity of answer keys is the most futile discussion. So, I am creating this thread as a necessary and much-needed diversion. Three months to the biggest battle of our professional lives begins now. All comes down to how we heal and grow from now on, and either, we heal or we're gonna crumble. Day by day. 

We're in a toxic environment right now, fellas. Believe me. And, we can stay here, get the s**t kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. Mains is the road ahead for everyone of us notwithstanding our current predicament. So, let's continue to fight and not let our guard down.

It's best to forget about 2019 attempt. I've made peace with this reality. 

The UPSC is not implementing the HC order. The contempt hearing is scheduled on 3rd November. Things will become more clear after 3rd November unless the commission decides to respect the verdict before.

I do agree with you that if we can have some content ready on the issues which we feel upsc may ask, then it will be great. A list of such topics wherein anyone can give his/her inputs.

Frankly, I don't know. May be based on the number of followers, or number of posts, or number of likes & comments or how much is someone active/ regular on the platform etc. I was much active earlier on the platform, and I got this Blue tick then only.

So i checked my prelims score. I was able to clear the gs 1 cutoff and it was the CSAT that took me down. This year also I think I might face the same predicament. Lol I am so depressed. 

Any ideas on how to go about from here? Sorry I do know that this is a mains thread. Sorry for being out of context.

1 thing for sure take care of writing speed, 

Otherwise quality compromise in remaining questions can cost you crucial marks which otherwise you would have got (with same knowledge)

For me every paper 2-3 questions were compromised to large extent (possibly 4-5 marks in all GS 1 2 3 and 10-12 marks in optional)
