@Bolt I use a hybrid model. A software called mindmaster (CLICK ME) to prepare the outlines on my laptop and then write stuff down (for mind-hand connection and better retention) in Notability on an Ipad.
@DramaticAdmiral it does bro. but what choice i got. Question answer reading is the only thing i am focusing on for this attempt. Am looking at an exposure to anywhere between 800-1000 quality questions (optional and GS included). So when it is the only thing i am relying upon, i better do it with everything I got :). Like i said earlier, All the mistakes and shortcomings (which i know are many) will have to wait for my next mains. Iss baar to strategy fixed hai more or less.
@whatonly Aa ji yeh to aap ka badappan hai ji. Aap bas crack kar lo. hum ussi mein khush hain. :)
is this good approach even for 2021 mains ?
if i will read these test series such as mgp, vision, insights in ques ans format nd make notes of every question/keyword/issue(1 page notes for every issue) so that in the end i have content of every major ca issue+ static as well
for ex
Discuss the need and challenges of digitization of land records in India.(vision 2020)
so approach is to read the question and extract 10-12 points and make notes of that,by doing this i will get to know about the evolution of land records
another ex
Enumerate the consequences of conquest of Punjab region by British in 1849(Insight test 1)
although this question can be easily found in spectrum, but here it is given an crisp format easy to make notes
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
of course i will do the basic books as well and ca....but by these q and ans i will get immense help in content development, although direct question from any test series will not come but by doing this exercise i can read/learn pretty much every topic.
seniors plz reply whether is this a good strategy or not ?,i have run a lot here and there now i need a proper strategy for completing the mains syllabus...and icouldn't find any better strategy then this
many toppers did the same thing(ques ans reading) fromsecure synopsisand secured a good rank

Hi. Anyone enrolled for AWFG who is willing to share the tests and discussion. Please dm.
P.s. i want to access the tests.
@Sanfran19 Same query. I am willing to share the costs. Any kind hearted soul out there please do share.
Guys I need a help regarding test series for this year mains.which will be better mgp of forumias or vision ias for gs especially for someone out of delhi.please do suggest a good test series for essay and sociology too.Though I feel MGP is priced comparatively much higher than that of vision, is it worth giving the shot and the mentorship that is talked about in mgp,is that good??
+1
@Raillife I would personally not recommend you to follow this approach.Rather study issue wise..Think for example the issues related to parliament that has cropped up in last 2-3 years..1)parliament session in covid times.2)Committee being subversed by executive.3)Passing of agri bills without following due procedure.. Voice vote..Like these and then think what can be the qn..Most probably qn will be on a macro issues.. But brainstorming like this will help you interconnect and build a holistic picture of issue..This helps in answer writing...
