Mains 2021: Doubt and strategy discussion thread

I don't know what to say, really. Prelims is over. The discussion as regards the authenticity of answer keys is the most futile discussion. So, I am creating this thread as a necessary and much-needed diversion. Three months to the biggest battle of our professional lives begins now. All comes down to how we heal and grow from now on, and either, we heal or we're gonna crumble. Day by day.

We're in a toxic environment right now, fellas. Believe me. And, we can stay here, get the s**t kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. Mains is the road ahead for everyone of us notwithstanding our current predicament. So, let's continue to fight and not let our guard down.

in DAF FORM , THE OBC CERTIFICATE REQUIRED SHOULD BE BEFORE THE DATE OF 3/03/2020 . I HAVE OBC CERTIFICATED DATE AFTER IT , I ALSO HAVE OLD CERTIFICATE , SO IT WOULD BE VALID ?

This will be my first mains (second attempt). Veterans, please give me your suggestions. I have doubt about the best pen for mains as we will be writing for 6 hrs a day at times. Should I use Pilot V5?

There are a lot of references to Rules of Civil Services Examination, 2020 in the instructions to fill DAF. It is mentioned that they were published in "Part I – Section 1 of the Govt. of India Gazette of India (Extraordinary) dated 12th February, 2020".

But, I am not able to find this. Can anyone let me know where to find this document?

Hello I am from medical Field...What should I fill in subjects of graduation field in educational qualification.... as the provided field doesn't have required space for subjects..

For EWS/OBC we have to upload the certificate and one undertaking.

But the option allows to us to upload only one pdf.

What to do? Should we merge both the pdf?

Is OBC Certificate different from Non Creamylayer certificate? Or Both are same?

I'm a student of MGP 2020 and shall be writing mains this year. Hence, need a concrete resolution to this issue.

To start with, I've benefitted immensely from the MGP program. The mentorship is excellent and I have never had any issue with copy evaluation. however the brochure also said that the students will be provided with current affairs materials from time to time.

Till date, I've written to forum thrice, only to get a false or no response.

It really frustrates me. If for some reason the material can't be given, it'd be professional if that could be said. I've to prepare for mains and hence I also want an amiable yet concrete resolution to this.

Can someone tell me how to solve this issue? Can Ayush sir's contact number/ID be shared? Or can someone here help?

@@I am facing a very peculiar situation. My language of essay and General Studies is showing Hindi. May be I did mistake or there was some problem in form i do not know.

Can anyone provide some solution ??
