@Neyawn can you help me choose right MGP cohort? Most apt to me seems like cohort 10 with 8sectional+4FLTs but can I also opt for previous cohorts? Will the timely assessment of answer copy still be valid on them since they've already crossed the time limit of 3 weeks.

@jassikamboj16303 The judicial review statement...why is it incorrect?The Constitution of India provides for ‘judicial review’ to safeguard the ‘citizens’ liberties and to preserve the ideals on which the constitution is based.
Maybe because judicial review is not explicitly mentioned in the constitution anywhere and the inverted commas emphasise that they intended to ask about the judicial review explicitly not implicitly. I marked D thinking this only. Just my opinion.
