Nahi hoga. Very much under research but not proven.
Jai Shree Ram !
For this question, should not the answer be Art 32?
So, this is how I think about it. The statement points to excessive delegation to the executive. That is a violation of Separation of Power as lawmaking is the domain of legislature. And Separation of Power has often been read into Article 14 by the Supreme Court.

Someone here mentioned about using a whitener in the exam. Did you use the whitener in the answer bubbles or the credentials?
Do you have any idea if using a whitener will make the answers incorrect? I changed three answers and used a whitener. Though I am now assuming that it would be considered incorrect regardless but do we know for sure?
@babu_bisleri Bhai kyu itna defensive ho rahe ho, mujhe wese bhi nind ati he acchi, mene kab forcefully kaha A he, I said ki let the UPSC decide, mujhe pata he article 145(3) me kya likha he, I too read laxmikant, itna kyu paste kar diye idhar , bhut se keys A bhi de rahe he, to ambiguous to he hi, ab aapko C maan ke nind a rhi he to aap C maanlo:)
Defensive nhi Keys toh Sutlej me bhi Chenab bol rhi hai. EPF me bhi 1 statement ko galat bol rhi hai. Habitat me bhi 2,3 de rhi hai. Bolne se ho thodi jata hai. Proof bhi chahiye hota hai.

Oh man, a lot of heat going around. :P
So what about the questions below? Is there a sensible general consensus on any or all of these questions?
1. Magnetite particles
2. Pressure cooker
3. Virus culture
4. Indian vs Brit; Constitutional bench
5. Right to the city
6. Devi Lal
Obviously it is for UPSC to decide, but any kind of clarity can help...
Devi lal htado list se zabardasti kyu laare ho disputes.
Also virus too.
Virus can't be cultivated in synthetic medium, this was the pyq. Patthar ki lakeer maano.
People are also making Sutlej question doubtful. XD
@HeNeArKr led lamp ?
3 only LED can be also 360
Can't be.
Now please don't post video of 360° led lamp.
With regard to Indian constitution comparison to British, most coaching keys giving A, while Toppers key and many others like Varun Jain (PSIR) optional giving A, and second option is definitely wrong, SC doenst constitute constitution bench for constitutionality of every act, kindly someone throw a light. It must be A
I too marked it as A only. But, now it does seem correct. The wording of the question is vague. It says "matters related to the constitutionality of the Amendment of an Act", which can very well mean a question related to the interpretation of the constitution

the question is about rule of law. Unguided and uncontrolled discretionary power goes against rule of law, hence Art 14

They've put the led elements over the outer side of cylinder. We talk about individual led lights, not some shape created through combination of them. Won't be justifying it any further, accept if you wish. Else lite
