So, this is how I think about it. The statement points to excessive delegation to the executive. That is a violation of Separation of Power as lawmaking is the domain of legislature. And Separation of Power has often been read into Article 14 by the Supreme Court.
the question is about rule of law. Unguided and uncontrolled discretionary power goes against rule of law, hence Art 14
Yes. I went through the logic I mentioned above & ticked Article 14. I don't think there's anything wrong with my logic either.
