They've put the led elements over the outer side of cylinder. We talk about individual led lights, not some shape created through combination of them. Won't be justifying it any further, accept if you wish. Else lite

I had shared this documentary series on Paintings of India on forum sometime. The Waghora river thing comes in the first two minutes of the video itself.
I have absolutely zero clue where I had read that Ajanta caves lie near Waghora river. I had zero clue about the other three options. But I was so so sure that option (a) is correct that I did not even read the other three options.

So, this is how I think about it. The statement points to excessive delegation to the executive. That is a violation of Separation of Power as lawmaking is the domain of legislature. And Separation of Power has often been read into Article 14 by the Supreme Court.
The case is, I think, Maneka Gandhi which essentially says that Any government action (law/order/circular) etc should possess three characteristics: Just, Fair, Reasonable. Else it violates due process and rule of law. Under art 14
