The answer is (d) 2 and 3. I myself did it wrong. Source https://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/habitat-iii-and-draft-new-urban-agenda-right-to-city-3010794/

it is "not a agreed" right and hence statement 1 is wrong. statement 3 is right because India is not okay with it on the very same thing.

Westerlies in itself is only a wind..it cant make eastern section Warmer..

Its actually the oceanic current produce by them which makes warmer or cooler ..also i guess this also is applicable in northern hemisphere.. not in southern..

Please correct if i am wrong...

Eventually they do by pilling warm water on the western coast. Wind is the main driving factor of OC. Down welling hoti hai.

Similarly TW do it in Tropic but I Considered Indian ocean exception that India being tropical country and this thing would cause disturbance in Monsoon.

Sabko Milta nhi hai.

Sab Entitled hai.

All are not entitled either.

Right now, the basis for EPFO extension is the SC judgement. New wage code has not come into effect

In the ruling, SC laid down a twin test for exemption of companies from EPFO

"The bench, after examining the provisions of the act, said an organisation has to the pass twin conditions to be exempted under the law — the establishment must either belong to or be under the control of the government, and employees of such an establishment should be entitled to the benefit of contributory PF or old-age pension in accordance to any scheme or rule framed by the central or state governments."

Contractual workers also entitled to PF benefits: SC | India News - Times of India (indiatimes.com)
