[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Unfortunately in our country can-ness and can't-ness is gobbled up by have-ness and haven't-ness.

I heard that neet-Jee students are starting some sort of online campaign on August13. If you find it relevant, you can participate.

Spread our message on social media platforms . Standard hashtags #postponeupscoct4, #noexamsincovid, #noexamstillvaccine... Try writing mails to all the concerned.. all the best . Happy revising.

By the way, there are other set of students also who want the exam. Someone here pointed out yesterday how students appearing for IBPS RRB are scared about exam getting postponed again. They want the exam to be conducted.

Also concerns on the both side of the spectrum are genuine. Don't dismiss other side as being senseless and apathetic.

Hon'ble Ex president is put on ventilator after testing positive..His condition is very critical.

But all these don't matter,what matters most is a man,who is deciding the fate of everything,also fighting the same battle.. Everything depends on that only..So one man's covid battle will decide everything..Don't think much,just concentrate and study as much as u can.

@Katy_Singh I think the 13th Aug protest should be done on 12th Aug., because on 14th Aug SC will give its verdict w.r.t. NEET/JEE case and if we start the protest by 12th August, then slowly and steadily (2 days are better than 1) the noise of protest will reach into the ears of all the relevant stakeholders concerned, and maybe it can impact the SC judgement also. If the protest itself will be done on 13th Aug, then maybe it'll be bit late because it takes time for protest to spread across the relevant public domain. Each second matters.

@Tejas14Election is a collective process. People have a choice to not turn up at the booth to press the button and they won't lose anything individually. Collectively maybe but there isn't anyone who can channelize it. So, in the short term, there is nothing to lose.

But here there is the point of individual ambition and turning up at the exam center is associated with a significant amount of potential individual loss. And therefore we have people who are protesting against conduct of exam but no one is asking for election to be cancelled or postponed.

Further, election is central to the idea of democracy. If it is postponed then it will give out a wrong message in the population. Govt has no such obligation towards this exam. So, it's easier and more practical to postpone CSE than Elections. They both can't really be compared.

if Russia has successfully made the vaccine thn there is no harm to wait for 2-3 months for exams....bhai Rahat Indori sahab ka nidhan ho gya aaj ...... It's very risky..

Vaccines are not a joke. This vaccine will first need proper WHO approval, then be accepted by the country, and then be licensed for production here, and then administered gradually per priority, a topic for gs4 in itself. Certainly those sitting for becoming babus are not a priority. Don't have hopes on vaccine for postponement. If there's any postponement it should be for legitimate problem of lack of easy transport. Failing which an extra attempt should be granted. But please try to prepare keeping 4th in mind.

Last year there was a link floated on forum quest to check marks of prelims according to different coaching. Could someone share the link, i cant get hold of 2019 prelims responses and hence cant analyze it.
