Positive news on vaccine may help this aug13 th initiative...

If you know any media people or any politicians ( esp. the Election: Bihar) please contact them and share our reasons.. I had an informal meeting with our local MLA, but he is couldn't find any mileage by helping with this.. (... Suddenly remembered Justice Punchi's remarks on functioning of Indian democracy:- legislative wing will not respond unless they find political capital, executive wing will not respond , because of lack of incentive and the judiciary cannot respond unless prodded).

@AureliusM aur itna bhi special nahi hai ye exam govt ke liye....it's just an exam jo har saal karaana hai....itna prime list me nahi hai govt ke....jab election ho raha bihar me ...then forget about postpone....

PS - not to forget concerns raised by internatoonal organizations during CAA protests.

@sulawesi vaccine will come in December. Not everyone is going to get it by December.

Bhai , I don't deny your point. But, we have to do what we feel is appropriate. Whether it bears the fruit or not is probabilistic. But, if we don't try at all, the chances are just zero...

So in case the final trials are not successful, we won't have any vaccine by December.

@Joeyisthebest why are you taking a pessimistic example ? There's recent example of SSR case too, where public raised the concern and see where it's now. Be optimistic. We should not lose hope till the end.

@Joeyisthebest anti CAA protest was an extremely political and ideology based polarised movement. BJP's core and committed supporters were in favour of CAA, don't forget, this along with other things like ayodhya, ucc, article 370 was part of their manifesto. they had nothing to lose politically.they only gained by standing their ground, but that is not the case with this protest. its neither polarised or political, nor is it senseless. the concerns raised by students are genuine. many of them have voted for bjp. they just cant dismiss them. if their voice becomes potent and they feel that it can impact them politically, they will listen
