[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

Article 14 is for both citizens and foreigners... Isn't it Art 15,16,19,29 and 30 which are exclusively for citizens?

Most probably u are asking to deduce Preamble question.

Article 14,20-28 are also applicable to foreigners if am not wrong.

But SC has permitted reasonable classification under article 14 which saved CAA. 

Preamble u already know.

@cnrindu3932 article 14 allows government intellihible differentiation, just consider CAA a positive discrimination. Like reservation amd other benefits are not violatove of article 14, on same grounds CAA isnt. Article 15 applies to only citizens and not foreigners . Article regarding citizenship gives complete power in the hands of parliament in citizenship issues. So overall CAA os completely constitutional

I too was considering 3rd wrong unless I read the page of Dube's book multiple times only to find out that It could actually be true.

"Book says he meant Nation by DESH,but the context of nation has been explained in preceding lines and it goes on to say the same concept of nation must have been prevalent in marathi as well only to corroborate Deuskar's stnd on station".

I might be wrong in my interpretation!

Yes friend you are wrong in your interpretation and its not your fault that book is very difficult to comprehend.. But a patient read will tell you what she actually meant.

Also as posted before I have checked the desher katha book itself and desh has been used for bharat bhoomi. Being from Bengal I do have an advantage there to get it checked out

Also Got it confirmed by local teachers here .
