@Nalanda but it's directly proportional to the threat of community transmission right?. Antibodies means that they've been infected but it's not clear whether they've recovered or are they still asymptomatic

@Nalanda actual figure today be over 20+ percent as seropositive test have lag of 2 weeks so they are represent situation say of early June...but I guess new york etc were also around same mark once there peak was over...rest definitely a positive as less percentage of susceptible....delhi on route to become relatively safest among big cities...

My prelims center is in my home state, but mains is in Delhi, should I change or not, really confused. Will the situation be apt to come in Delhi for mains. Please suggest.

I hardly matters , if exam is to happen then the situation will be normal or else it will be status quo.....However better take home center , if you wish as logistically for 5 days home would be better !!

I had been waiting for this centre change thing since long. Was in delhi, wanted to go home, but didn't, as centre was delhi. Now have changed the centre to Mumbai, and the area there is under containment since 2 days.

Worried about making changes like shifting, 1 -1.5 months before exam, as I won't be allowed to shift now

@Agog True , well there are a few practical teachers who are very humble and listen to you carefully and with attention , apart from them Dipin sir, Asif sir , Manoj sir , Piyush sir , vivek sir are few to be named.

@Interstellar05 One suggestion , try sending your courier packages of luggage if they are to be (its takes time to reach) . Mean while your pre books could well be carried along when travelling. Make the best of what you have. As Bharat bhushan in the biography of MSD quotes " MS says he believed oncontrol the controlablesand forget about what is not in your hand. Utilize with your resources and information and deliver using it"

Earlier, the government officials on Friday told the Parliamentary panel on science and technology that it will not be possible to make the Covid-19 vaccine till at least next year.
