Other exams have mostly candidates who are not working (school/college students). But, in case of UPSC CSE, there are so many candidates who are also COVID frontline warriors. So, shouldn't UPSC take this into consideration ? Isn't conducting this exam on 4th Oct. a violation of Article 14 and also Article 21 of the Indian Constitution ?

@Rudra12 Right. Agar Prelims dene ke baad COVID ho gya, then around 1 month toh lgega ache se recover hone mei aur pehle jaisi form mei aane mei. Toh Mains ke liye time bahut waste ho jayega. Postponement Prelims to atleast Dec. 2020 will ensure minimum damage to both the health and career of candidates.

@Joeyisthebest why are you taking a pessimistic example ? There's recent example of SSR case too, where public raised the concern and see where it's now. Be optimistic. We should not lose hope till the end.

@Katy_Singh I think the 13th Aug protest should be done on 12th Aug., because on 14th Aug SC will give its verdict w.r.t. NEET/JEE case and if we start the protest by 12th August, then slowly and steadily (2 days are better than 1) the noise of protest will reach into the ears of all the relevant stakeholders concerned, and maybe it can impact the SC judgement also. If the protest itself will be done on 13th Aug, then maybe it'll be bit late because it takes time for protest to spread across the relevant public domain. Each second matters.

I have a proposal for tomorrow. I need 19 volunteers who knows how to make notes. 

Lets take downtoearth fortnightly magazine from January-2019 edition. till this month.

Total 20 months (and subsequently 40 fortnight editions). I did a mock run. It took me 2 hrs to read those 60 pages (actually 45 pages sans advertisement per edition),

Each of us should read a month (2editions) and make notes from prelims and mains perspective.

This has overarching benefits in environ and scitech segment of prelims and in GS-3 of mains as well as as somepart of geography (GS-1)

kindly let me know .

Each of us will be spending 5-6 hours , but will be getting a 20 times benefit. That way, by tomorrow 11PM, all of us will have repository of notes on varied topics.lateron, we can upload the pdf on forum, so that even others can get benefit from it.

Good idea, but I haven't made notes for the exam or for other purpose. Just marking on book/highlighting on PDF or copy-pasting of some table/flowchart only! So, not much experienced in making notes.
