If certain parts of country remain in lockdown till may 2nd wk.. how can upsc conduct exam??
as someone said.. there are lots of mays in may! if there is genuinely no community transmission as icmr is saying.. then new cases can sharply fall as well. so conditions may turn out in favor of prelims on time.
