Official: SFG / RLG All Tests Discussions in one place

Hello All,

The Group usage here is a little cumbersome, so I am creating this thread to make sure that all questions with doubts stay in one place. Can someone push all the doubts and queries here? I will make this an announcement?

@Patrick_jane @Thinker  for the option c to be correct it should be seperation of power rather than division of power.

Yes but already separation of powers is given as one of the feature.

Test 2 Question number 2 in Statement 3 it is written "Andhra Pradesh was created before the States Reorganization Act was enacted.

But it wasAndhra statewhich was created NOT Andhra Pradesh. If anybody has knowledge on this can clarify.

Otherwise this question seems invalid as 1 only is not there in options.

Q8. Art 3 deals with the changes or formation of States that are already part of the union of India.

This is given as crct by key. What will happen if a UT (not part of union) is upgraded to State. Is this not covered under Art. 3?

Test 2 Q 29

Sir, in this question in the 4th statement may be due to misprint or otherwise name of case and elements of basic structure was interchanged. So it created ambiguity in deciding answer.

So, please clarify that whether answer should be ( D) or ( C ).

@7shaila Q2 seems invalid.
Q16 asks incorrect and Political justice definition seems correct so answer may be option c
Q 27 separation of power is equated as division of power which may not be totally wrong hence the option c
Q29 federal structure is mentioned as federal character which seems equivalent hence option d
