statement 3 says that Constitution provides for reservation of SC ST in  State Assembly of every State.

It misses the qualifier that - it has to be on the basis of population ratios in the state. Statement 3 read without this qualifier means that state like Haryana & Punjab should have seats for ST (which it doesn't bcoz of the population factor)

SFG-2 Test.9 Q.no.30.

The ans.should be (d).Governor don't appoint chief secretary of the state.

And please provide the Explanation of the test 8 & test 9.

Mahadayi river flows through 3 states Goa, Maharashtra and Karnataka but in explanation sheet of test 7 question no 41 it is written only 2 Goa and Karnataka . Tribunal also shared water between these 3 states not 2.

(WHICH is wrong statement as it transformed EIC from a de-jure power to a de-facto power )

Answer should be C .

Test 10 Q2 statement 3 

I only know that English established there factory in Masulipatnam in 1611. 

If anyone knows when did they establish there factory in Surat?

In test No. 10 Question 19, Answer was given as B. But as per the Blue water policy it is to establish Naval Supremacy in the indian Ocean only. clarify.
