Have doubt about 2 question

1) in question 8, statement 2 talking about objective resolution moved and adopted in 1947. Which is wrong because it was on Dec13, 1946 . So statement 2 should be wrong

2) question 13 asking about constitutional amendment ( not constitutional amendment under 368) so statement 3 should also be right ? ( Alteration of state boundary, also a constitutional amendment but not under Article 368)

@giri_jiten6786 Objective resolution was moved on Dec 13, 1946 but was adopted on 22nd Jan 1947 - Laxmikant, Chapter 2 Making of constitution.

Q 13 - They are not deemed to be constitutional amendment bills. They are deemed to be ordinary bills and passed accordingly.

16th July:

correct: 45

Incorrect: 5

q 17; didn't see 'not correct' :/

q 25 Fundamental Duties;

(confusing wording: "legislative process has been provided to enforce these duties"; laws can be made to enforce them, but no such process has been provided for in the constitution)

Article 26

(missed 'educational' in statement 1; thought it only provides for 'immovable property')

Basic Structure

(logic: social justice = DPSP)

popular sovereignty

(logic: parliament = popular)

guesswork:

Yukti 2.0; logic: didn't read Meity related news lately, innovation = AIM/HRD/DST
