[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

@Subramanyam i would avoid 3 hr drive in the morning ...take a room, anyway the incubation period of the virus is high , isolate urself post exam for few days

It means if you can't fulfill the Agreements you ticked before applying then your application will be nullified.

For ex, freshers are allowed but that doesn't mean upsc will wait for graduation certificate even if you've topped the exam. (somewhere in distant Bihar as per Raja Rabish sometimes examination for third year of graduation spans over 3 to 5 years)
