[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021

Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

@neyawn sir and others, what is your take?

This is the official Thread for discussion of Prelims Postponement, Please do not create new threads for the same.

How you people are covering schemes and funds under Atma Nirbhar Bharat? I mean there are so many confusing schemes.

There’s a section at the end of the Vision May monthly. I’m sticking to that.

Even that is huge. And the font size is tiny.

Hey.. u can have a look at Mrunal's atmanirbhar handouts.. It might look lengthy at the first sight but content is not compact like vision and more importantly, language is simple. After reading it u will realise that baring 3-4 notable schemes, everything else is just extension/ modification of earlier schemes and budget announcements. (P.S. - I could complete the first reading in 2 hours)

Hi

could you please share the pdf.. Unable to find it.

TIA

Off topic, but i have one doubt. It is my first time. My doubt is can we go to exam center by bike? I mean is parking available for aspirants or not? If anyone has gone to center by bike please share your experience.

It depends on the centre. Most schools won't allow you to park inside the premises but usually there are places nearby where you can park. If your centre is nearby, please go ahead and take a look before the exam day.

Thanks bro

Could Forum please release a compilation of the most important current affairs/general awareness topics subjectwise for prelims. Basically, an EPIC revision for Prelims.

o nahi nahi bhai....abb iska speculation mat karo😅😅.....just read what everyone is reading to be on the safer side...which is till august....revise everything atleast thrice and you are good to go. if you have less time do only envt, economy and S&T and revise it ....instead of covering all  focus on revision..

@Warrior100 I also feel the same... I analyzed NDA paper ..the exam happened on 6 September(originally 24 april)...the current affairs were from Jan and beyond that ..n no single CA was from feb to August....upsc cant take risk of  not finalizing paper in may....I mine opinin ..instead of focusing on april to agust 2020 CA...u should focus on March 2020 and beyond CA...in anyway revising is  more important than adding  new bundles...

@sunnykumarroy658377 I bet that no current affairs will be asked after the month of May. The reason is that papers have already been setup before May and are in the custody of either Upsc or government. It is evident from NDA paper that it's very unlikely that current affairs after May will be asked.

Hello everyone.
Please suggest any government schemes specific test and current affairs specific test if available in any test series.

i was planning to hire a driver from driveU and go by own car. The same issue is pulling me back. Google map is showing limited parking at the destination.

My concern is what i will do in the gap of 3 hours/ cant roam/eat outside.....

Corona has transformed into Karo na. Poor me.......

Not able to plan anything........ :(

If you have a driver, then it is a good idea to take your car. Even if there is no parking nearby, your driver can drop you at the school and park a little farther away and then come to get you back when the exam is over.

@Dead Man I second ur opinion....how can upsc can take risk of not setting paper in april end...it is impossible to think that upsc will not set paper in april only....n also upsc cant have dual approach towards NDA n CSP...as a org ..it Follows same principle everywhere.
