Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.
@neyawn sir and others, what is your take?

Gave my first exam of the post-COVID era (IBPS RRB) in hot and humid conditions today. Gotta appreciate IBPS for the immaculate SOPs. Had to remove mask for ~5 seconds to capture photo, no biometric, no thumb impression, social distancing followed religiously inside the premises. It was a private college so I'm pretty sure the situation in old govt schools where UPSC centres normally are won't be the same.
Used a khadi mask so no problems in breathing. Sweating was an issue but since the actual exam was of 45 mins so did not even have the time to notice it. Had to report an hour early so the whole duration was of about 2 hours.
Coincidentally, my centre was also a NEET exam centre. The real problems were outside. Parents and guardians just HAVE to crowd at the gate. As if them being at the gate will increase their kid's marks. Saw policemen nearly begging the people to go back to their vehicles but to no avail. Majority weren't wearing masks or were wearing it improperly. This kind of ignorance and idiotic behavior of the general population is why we're at 1 lakh cases a day. No postponement, SOPs or guidelines are going to help.
In the end, just make sure you follow all the safety norms and pray to whichever god you believe in and give prelims as well you can!

Yeah it looks fine. I personally did not face any problem but it might differ for others. The one I'm using is exactly like the pic below. It's very big and comfortable especially if you have to wear it for a longer duration.
