if possible we should start studying newspaper from oct 1 onwards and cover in depth the imp topics that are currently coming in news papers
it will keep in touch with all stages of exam

Checking over a thousand EWS certificates case by case, issuing SCNs and then declining/accepting the EWS status to compile a final list. It does seem like this EWS thing might be a reason for delay. If so, Friday also seems unlikely.
