Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.
@ChampakAspirants ko final letter hi aya tha whether they are eligible or not under EWS. People who couldn't give certificate and not get gen cutoff marks in pre, were rejected and order was final as per mail.
@TETRACYCLINEThat time some issue was there related to their parity with judges or something like that, so upsc valo ka ego hurt hua and result delay hua
@vvvikas0078212
Any idea about people who applied through EWS and could not get EWS certificate and still got selected in general category....

Even@Godcan not be sure about UPSC result.
@yummyhahahaha
@Declared_DeadThose people lie just to look cool.
@Declared_DeadBhai ye feeling sab ko aati h. Bas Kuch toppers isko toppers talk m exaggerate kr dete h. Galti se kisiko optional m 300+ nhi aata h
@zombielandI'd like to present a different viewpoint. The nature of questions that upsc is asking in mains often means that no one is sure what constitutes a "top answer" in terms of content richness and relevance. Further, 7 papers means a lot of subjectivity can creep in at every stage.
As for the optionals, the logic that those who get 300+ know after the paper that their papers went well is also questionable atleast for the humanities subjects. For example - in my optional sociology - several questions in paper 2 were out of syllabus like interlinking of rivers, global warming, demonetization etc. Even those who do get 300+ this year, wouldn't be sure how to answer such questions.
So yes, after a certain point, i do believe even toppers don't know what to expect.
@TETRACYCLINEKitna bana
@TETRACYCLINE740-50 in worst case scenario??
