Can states voluntarily opt out of implementing CAB? Citizenship is under Union list, so they have to implement it. Plus, if centre decides to instruct under 365 then they may not have any other choice.

what i think for Interview ....mains answer writing is helpful ......bcz we can reply the answer in a systematic way with difrrent dimensions ( isn't it ) ...

even in Utube one UPSC member said that if a student reply any answer in a way like firstly, secondly, thirdly, finally.....then member appreciate the student bcz he/she gives various solution to the particular problem.
