The Preamble to the Constitution of India is
(a) a part of the Constitution but has no legal effect
(b) not a part of the Constitution and has no legal effect either
(c) a part of the Constitution and has the same legal effect an any other part
(d) a part of the Constitution but has no legal effect independently of other parts
The same Goddess was terribly wrong in 2017 with several polity questions ,may it be right to vote or Restrictions imposed by DPSP.

Its us who make them God🙂

I marked C .. thinking that .. It has been used by Sc many a times to interpret the things when articles start talking ambiguities.

I was in between C and D but marked C ... Because I thought .. agar preamble part hai constitution ka to same legal effect hone se kaun rok raha hai isko. Just took a simple and broader view.
And independent legal effect kaise ho sakta hai ... I mean... Premable alone mostly not used by SC. SC usually read and interpret articles under the light of values enshrined in preamble. so independently kaise ?

I am not claiming mine is right. But , I want an explanation why C or D is right and ehy each could not be.

anyone has any idea about how the omr machine works? I marked a small dot(~10% of bubble) on a wrong option before marking the right one fully. will it be considered wrong? any official document which i can refer regarding rules on this matter? any insight is appreciated.

@Harmony omr scans horozontaly, darkest of bubble is selected....u r safe.. 10% is no issue....machines r programmed in such a way that to avoid problem...u r safe

@gauravbrly409 I am not saying that my answer is correct but I can give you reason for why I feel D is more suited than A. C is not possible because SC has categorically said that Preamble is not justifiable. So no law can by struck down because it violates any of the provision of the Preamble 'only'. It is due to this 'only' that I feel D is better than A because D says that although it does not have an independent legal effect, it can be used to interpret other provisions of the constitution. You can watch Nextias faculty's polity discussion of Pre 2020. He has explained this decently.

Guys is it enough to check marks of CSAT from career launcher and csat mantra? I have done all passages and some maths qs getting 77 in both the keys still scared. Shall I continue being scared or start preparing for mains? Plz help guys i am damn tensed.

@Rangeela @Juggernaut My view regarding Blood capillary question,

I have seen this question before, probably last yr in some test series.

So from that and what I thought in exam, they have asked nanotube can be "made intoblood capillaries". It is a test of who carelessly reads S&T questions, panics, then sees Nano "tube", tube is like capillary, so marks it. Where instead of this thought should be something like nano "tube" is of nano scale, whrreatleast one dimensionisless than 100nm, or 1000nm for new nano-agriculture govt guidelines . Nothing like actual human capillary size.

So capillary option is wrong.

Like why would u use a tube like structure on nanoscale to act as walls of another tube like structure as huge as capillary... why..

@Harmony few years ago.. i was in ur situation....then at that i have researched lot...omr scans horizontally and the darkest of bubble is selected.To be more technical, if ur darkest buuble preceds the 10% bubble ,u r more than safe...only slightest issue may came when ur 10% bubble preceds darkest buuble.
