In CSAT RC, what is most probable answer of private foreign investment wala question ? Is it A or B

Passage from news paper. I marked A , but taking it as wrong. Answer is B.

For water..passage from indian express. I marked A(user charge). And answer is also A.

@Tokyo Which keys are u relying on ?

I have every key available till now...shankar, nextias, csat mantras, youtube videos and minimum score is 72 if I consider any deviance as incorrect ..but my heart is still scared ...so want some institute which I think is credible.
I am also in same situation. I think Rau's will be more authentic. If you are getting 70+ from all keys then you probably should not worry. I am also getting 75 considering all controversial passages as wrong.

Yes even I m waiting for rauias key. .par csat mein margin mein aana se bahut tension hogayi...socha na tha...csat can give. Dreadful nights

Scoring 100 in paper 1 but failed in paper 2. khud pe bahut gussa aa rha hai. 2-3 paragraph ne bigad diya paper 2 me . Is there anyone else who has cleared paper 1 but failed paper 2 this year or previous year ? smjh nhi aa rha ab next year ke liye prepare kru ya nhi.

@sunnykumarroy658377 Exactly! I am thinking of giving up on more csat calculation now yaar 3 keys se passage ka kaat utke 70s mein beth raha hai. Ab sab bhagwaan bharose otherwise I will go mad. Out of career launcher , shankar and csat mantra i think CL is more reliable. What say?
