Hello everyone. Hope you guys can clear my doubt. I filled my CAPF form from EWS category, but couldn't get my certificate due to lockdown and everything. I have it now, but it is of a later date than the last date of the form. What should I do now? Would I be considered from general category or would my candidature be cancelled altogether? Really stressed. Please guide.

You would be considered from general category.

Thanks for sharing!! In recent years the gender ratio in the IFS batches is almost even. Things like this seem so far away and yet so near.

Some great news resources in the bibliography of the article too.

Speaking of women in the MEA: Arundhati Ghose (1940 – 2016): India’s CTBT Durga

I was fascinated by her story. It's sad that it was known of mostly only when she passed away.

Thanks for sharing ! I went into a rabbit hole reading this story...and about the respectable ladies in the article as well as the text of the Supreme Court judgement in her case. It wasn't a surprise when I read that it was delivered by none other than Justice VR Krishna Iyer - whose poetry in prose I have always marvelled at. Thus, on a side note can anyone suggest a fine book (among almost 100) of/by Justice Iyer?

@sstarrr CA classes always become the victim jab target meet ni ho pata. I watch the lectures but don't write answers.Try to revise on weekly or fortnightly basis.  Behind 2-3 classes right now '-'.

I don't think it's just CA it almost covers the whole issue which you write in the answer. Even I am facing the problem of revision although I have started revising from yesterday I cover the relevant static material ( If any ) along with the handout although sir covers the basic stuff in the class so cover only whatever is leftover from the static source, you won't have to worry about CA and static separately.

Can you guys recommend some entertainment show, movies, anything which falls under comedy category or is lighthearted or gives you a good laugh? Or helps you to de-stress?

Or what do you do to de-stress?

I am feeling quite low these days and feel like a pressure cooker which is about to get burst. Becoming more and more pessimistic. (Just like a fellow student posted before.)

Seems a good idea. Thanks :)

If you go to the Search/Analysis tab you will have options on the left side to filter on the basis of year, exam and subject.

@Dwight_Schrute you should inform the upsc in writing or email if u could not do this then your documents will be checked only at interview level and their you may tell, you will be given a chance to produce the required document. I told this as my personal experience during same interview.
