@sjerngal fiscal and monetary policy variable were need to be neglected. In monetary policy you change repo rate, do omo etc. Fiscal policy involves changing corporate tax and income tax.
Through neither of these measures, you actually change the bond prices. They're adjusted automatically.

Gradeup says (a)  This was asked in CAPF 2021

.. I had read in PMF IAS notes that all these types of ores are found in India, although limonite and siderite are not that prominent, but they are still found in some states.

Even I marked (c), as the next best alternative..

@sjerngal I checked, should be (A). Since no option has all of the above, need to go with prominent ones.

What all prev year papers are you referring to?

UPSC, CAPF only.   If time permits, I might see the non-science portion of past 2 years CDS also. (IF TIME PERMITS!)

Reduction in Personal Income Tax will provide an individual with more money, thus more spending which will dampen the effects of slowdown in an economy.

Automatic stabilizer are similar to acounter cyclical policyin the sense that when economy is slowing down you reduce the taxes to increase consumption.

Aren't current affairs from Aug 2019 to March 2021 more relevant for prelims (Yes, thats approx 20 months) rather than those from April 2021 to September 2021? The currents immediately preceding 4-5 months from the paper hardly find mention in the paper, but we keep on doing them like crazy, increasing our effort on not-so-productive outcomes. This is my view, kindly shed light how right/wrong am I? My previous experience of few prelim tells me this.

B

Citation nfrom the judgement- Para8.1

"8.1. Democracy is a part of the basic structure of our Constitution, and rule of law; and free and fair elections are basic features of democracy, One of the postulates of free and fair elections is provision for resolution of election disputes as also adjudication of disputes relating to subsequent disqualifications by an independent authority. It is only by a fair adjudication of such disputes relating to validity of elections and subsequent disqualifications of members that true reflection of the electoral mandate and governance by rule of law essential for democracy can be ensured.

Under the same FR, Constitution imposes "reasonable restrictions" on individual rights?

Can't argue with the official key obviously, will check once to confirm.

@Archand You are right. The wrong part here is 'in interest of state authority'. Anything like 'vulnerable sections/ society' in place of 'state authority' would've made this option correct too IMO.
