How to handle questions like this one here?
Is it mentioned anywhere or should I just ignore it as a bouncer question thrown by UPSC?

For 1- charaka and sushruta were alive before. They were surgeons. So there must be specialised instruments.
For 2- Internal organ transplant today is very tricky, imagine that time. Not probabale.
3- I think I read somewhere aryabhatta did.
4- I think bhaskaracharya did.
Plus, if you eliminate 2 and know 1 is correct, no need to know 3 and 4.
