Mains 2019 Preparation and Discussion Thread
Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

@Caesarhow did you manage to overcome shy nature?..i am also facing the same issue...not able to talk with people with confidence...even can't look into their eyes while talking....

@Katsumotoyes bro, prep me most of us tend to become underconfident and start to think little of ourselves.. Baki apke paas itna knowledge hai ki ap kisise bhi kisibhi topic pe convo krloge, waise kal by face known logon ko new year wish krke dekhna, 2min heartbeat tez hgi but then you'll feel good

but if u r interested, u can visithttps://www.dhamma.org.... this is website for vipasana registration which runs 300 centres all over India and has centres across world. I had attended at Patliputra stupa at patna. Igatpuri and Bodhgaya has good facilities and guidance. You can register for any nearest centre.
They have special diet plan and sleep pattern.
10 day vipasana program is free of cost for evryone. Ms Kiran bedi had arranged it for all Tihar inmates.
