Now that 1 week is over, it is time to shift focus to Mains. With barely 103 days left there is no time to waste.

@DKTA general observation on this thread that people are worried about filling three pages for attorney general answer. But I was under the impression that length of the answer is secondary. I don't think even vn Shukla (book which law optional students refer for consti) has cases discussing attorney general. I think if one mentions Article 76, Article 88 along with the appointment, qualification, pleasure of president, not holding brief against the government and not taking up cases without permission of government, it suffices for that particular answers.. Just saying.
@lucknowmailbhai dekho ye sab ghani bakchodi hai ki upsc ne pata laga lia ki answer kahan se nikle hain ya vo bore ho gya hai same format dekh dekh ke blah blah; answer question ki demand se sahi content likh ke likha hai to baaki kuch matter nh karta

@nikhilit20112751 Pahle hamesha critically examine hi raha hai. But iss baar Ques 1 mein "Critically Examine/ Answer the following question" karke pucha hai. But Ques 1 mein only statements diya hai, no ques.
It is in ques 5 that they asked a ques- pre Marxian Socialism, but upar Critically Examine likha hai. An observation.

Yar maine basic content likha phir kuchh mil nahi raha tha likhne ko then I thought if any news related to AG .....I recalled these two cases, it was just sudden bcz i was attempting questions 11 to 20 firstly so it came in the beginning ( q14) ......I hv said so not for self accolades ...but jo bhi likha vahi bataya hai bhai
@DKTit wasn't meant to be a jibe at you. I myself attempted 15 markers initially. But at the risk of sounding repetitive, I think writing the cliche stuff with relevant provisions will fetch marks in that question. In that sense, it was a question where one could save time as there is only so much you could write. Marginal increment in marks by spending more time in that question was not much.
@Phagocytewater masses difficulty high ..improvised and wrote..water blocks with similar property eg. water from deglaciation ,or from rivers into into ocean...deglaciation -->water mass -->submergence of land,erosion etc...water masses with oxygen supports marine life...while masses with carbonic acid dont support...
@PhagocyteHaan bhai Sahi baat, I had an idea only about water currents, didn't know water masses. Still wrote something.
Static content+Analytical ability wala combo was n3eded in many answers.
Even history questions were of the same type.
Let me know your thoughts on this.
@Ravsmai toh usme sirf currents wala likha hu with eg...masses ka ek vague defn likha hu bas...aur history wale ques ache lvl ke the although frm familiar topics so kitna effectively likha hai ye bhi matter karega
