For those who feel tired and facing hopelessness in the journey of UPSC.
Look UpSc as a phase of life.....agar kamyaabi mile to well and good ...agar na bhi mile to ....look forward.
Because the ultimate aim of life is HAPPINESS.

@Yes_I_am_inBhaiyo gaaliyan mat dena mujhe please.

but UPSC just makes u a glorified BABU.. In the end major part of u will be BABU, clinging to files and paperwork..

Please gaaliyaan mat maarna considering how much people are passionate about exam. Including me?

@STAbsolutely true. The kind of resources that are invested all over the country, mainly human, in chasing this mirage not to mention the coaching industry this frenzy supports should be a cause of concern to policy makers.

There was an effort, or at least the talk of it, to tap into the wasted potential by allowing the private sector to recruit candidates appearing for interview but I don't know what has come of it or whether it was implemented.

I am not alone in reiterating that from the other side, it does not seem worth it. Not getting selected has been a blesing in disguise and selection has been a curse in disguise for more than a few.

@ChampakBhai aapne gehri baat bol di. Hum sab isse chase kar rhe hain but sab kuch haseen nahi hain uss paar..

Coaching Industry toh bass pucho mat.. iss package ka 25k, iska 30k, isme aapko 4 test aur milte hain toh ye 35k, isme mentor support hain, isme detailed discussion videos, isme falaana dhimkaana.. Kya bolun main, main khud fassa hua hun isme.. Cut-off ko dekhke fatt aur jaati hain..

Hamesha ye laga ki mujh mein hi kami hogi.. uspar se ghar waalon ke, saath waalon ke taane.. Uska bacha hain usne top maar diya, uska daddy rikshaw chalaata hain, uska daddy petrol pump attendant.. Cant tell u bro how much self doubt has creeped into my personality in last few years.?

@K_9was going through that line of that google book again;; there it is mentioned just sector not service sector (as asked in exam) somehow getting a feeling that either upsc did a mistake there or by service sector they meant sectors like education, health etc ; there used to be a sector specific grant till 13th finance commission in which sectors meant these sectors (health, education etc) only !

Yeah even I was wondering if UPSC had to copy a line it would have done it verbatim what was the point of adding another word @nikhilit20112751
