Political Science guys...how is the josh ? Systems approach bhi 3 type ki hai (easton, wallerstein aur Kaplan ki...kal hi pata chala)

Structural functional approach is also a systems approach dude also political culture , political modernisation. So it’s more than 3 😂😂

IMO , I don’t think you should stress about it , apart from wallerstein and Easton , independent approach as a question is less probable. You might use the others as passing references , like political culture for voter turnout and structal functional in political parties and pressure group answers

Can’t recall a lot of stuff. 😓

that's the structure of the syllabus :D your mind will always be in an anarchical state. the syllabus is huge and you'll forget stuff

Not to mention the panic if you’re revising Shubhra Mam notes . Too lengthy

PSIR optional people, what’s the plan for tomorrow evening? What are you revising?

I’ll be revising paper 1 between the exam and in the evening paper 2 more focus on sec b

Have to go over again IPT because I’ve only studied it in passing so far and maybe a quick look at the multitude of scholars we have in Sec B :/

And, will take notes to revise Sec B of Paper 2 tomorrow in the break (productivity level: pro max ultra and POV: very underprepared)

If you’re having any difficulty with the scholars view, just write the analysis. Should be enough to get you marks , this is what Shubhra Mam emphasised in class

Meaning write own analysis?

as usual , address the demands of the question and suggest a way forward. If for any part you have a scholar/ leader quote, use it. It’s like a cherry topping, looks good but not an absolute necessity.

Also not everyone is gonna have a quote for every question, if you don’t have it, just revise your basic material and try to ensure you give the best answer you could instead of a perfect one. Hope this helps

@EiChan yeah, she did. Also recommend to use scholars with the flow, not to force fit just because you have one.

@DM daily recommended intake is 0.8g/ kg. Some say it should be increased to 1g/kg. By various surveys Indians consume less than 0.2g/kg protein

3.6k views
@DM no bhai. I actually consume about 1.6g/kg. Even if you’re not an active individual 0.8g/kg is recommended for holistic devolopment

@DM if you’reinterested to know more about this let me know , I’ll share the required documents on this.

@Shailputri not to sound misogynistic, but men Always prefer to be bit muscular , hence the protein. Women prefer to look more curvy , hence fat. Guess there is genera idea of what “looking good” for each gender is the reason

@chamomile it doesn’t mess up with any bodily function. Supplement is only if your unable to meet requirements through food. Dm me if you want to know more about this dieting stuff. I would like to share on this page itself if there’s a general interest about that kind of stuff for people here

@Shailputri I think there is a big misconception that working out make women look manly. That is why there’s a genera reluctance among women in working out. Hope to see that attitude change in coming days

@chamomile I think we need a separate Thread for that. There are A lot of people who might be put off by that dialogue

@Shailputri most vegetarian foods don’t meet the daily requirements. You could opt multivitamins if you don’t have any deficiencies. If you’re vitamin d deficient, then go for a vitamin d tablet that has 10k IU
