[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021
Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

No permission is required for block chain is 100% settled thing (Because few days back I read in TH that telangana or AP government used block chain technology in LAND RECORDS, SO obviously it don't require any permission to develope such programings/algos). Crypto currency is just an application/part of block chain technology not the block chain itself.
Even I did 1 and 3. But , The word *basic features only* giving me nightmares now. The answer seems only 1. 3 seems incorrect unless you are doing blockchain dovt in collaboration withother stakeholders.

I gave two interviews in 2018 and 2016. Getting 90 to 95 only. The thing with old timers is avoiding penalties... and that reduced the no of questions attempted.. and most of the senior guys take calculated risk so most of old people in my touch have score in 90 to 105 bracket.
This is the lowest I have ever got in paper 1.

@Udit_pathak Why minister?Its asked as "Can", done deal. A person can be made minister but not "shall" be. Wo bekaar mein phas gaya question.

it says "according to constitution" ... constitution in art 164(4) is silent abt this . u r just deducing it on ur own . Also read the hindi translation of qus

Also , I believe most of people who have attempted more may have 5 to 6 questions in controversy ... and assume 50% have some other options and 50% have some other for same question. Ultimately one of 50% will lose. So, By law of averages , The cut off will remain around 95 or so. Cutoff oe impact to nahi aayega.. But personally kuch log kaa katne ka chance jarur hai.

By layman's reading without applying hair splitting... both statements are wrong. So chill.
On similar note , Without hair splitting .. Statement 3 of blockchain is wrong.

ratanrajmbbs9182,@rafael According to Constituion hi bola tha. It has been twisted same as Judicial review and basic structure.Its an experiment based question. I can be made minister and i dont apply or contest any elections. whats the problem?
As per me , Statement 1 is right. Nobody is stopping a person from being a minister but only for 6 months.
However, I left this question because of not being sure in 2nd statement. Gods blessings.
