I guess I am among those who rushed through the GS papers.. messed up answers in the last 30 mins.. wrote around 7-8 10 markers in that time duration...


Focussing too much on 15 markers in the beginning cost me too much..

I tried to beautify my answers in the beginning..


Started with question number 20 and backwards..


Had entered exam hall will great plans..

Will sort easy questions first..

Will write key points first..

Proper introduction and conclusion

Write with subheadings

Underlining key words

..


But alas.. all plans fell flat...

Took 12 minutes for first answer..

15 for the second..

N then felt I have lost the race and the anxiety took over.. couldn't recall even obvious points.. like great depression.. treaty of Versailles for world history question..

Don't know how I will score

@Declared_Dead youre already so burdened before entering exam hall. write in points, give subheadings, underline key words, intro body conclusion. arent all these second nature when we enter hall.? unless you have an elaborate scheme of things which entail things like attempting easy first, burdened about flowcharts, diagrams and unless all these also come to you as second nature, why would you go with all that baggage in exam.
you do realize that you have 7 mins and 11mins only right?
so easy or tough, you have 7 and 11 mins only

@Declared_Dead if you have seen the solutions now in various portals, then you have enough reasons to feel inadequate.
btw i also had to rush during all 4 papers. and with time my efficiency has dropped. the level of articulation i rendered in bhakti isnt the same as the solutions to depression question.
by the time gs 4  was about to be over, i just wanted it to finish

Bro never go with such an elaborate plan. All these points should be practiced beforehand so much that they get printed on dna. U dont have to think on these points. One must naturally incorporate them in answers

@Bubba_gump this approach actually looks good

Bcoz in GS1 , as I finished my 15 markers and when suddenly switching to 10m, I faced issue with respect to space 

Learning from GS1 ,I made sure that it did not happen in subsequent papers

But as many say ,first question impresses evaluator a lot ,your approach of attempting first 2(10m) and then moving to 15 markers seems ideal

@Bubba_gump Bilkul same 🥺🥺🥺😭😭😭 End up filling only few pages in those, not able to write all pages in those.

And, being 2nd mains, I find no much improvement in my time completion aspect compared to Ist making me more anxious of how to improve upon it. Quality improved a bit.

Actually I watched answer writing tips a day before exam..


The experts gave these points and I tried to incorporate them in the first few answers I wrote in the gs papers..


But as I moved on to 5th 6th answer.. it became gibberish
