CSE 2022: Plan/ Strategy/ Daily Routine

This is an everything thread for all stuff 2022. You can post your daily goals, end-of-the-day updates, weekly targets or any weird thing you use to measure your progress. You can put into words & post the soul-sucking sadness that is threatening to devour you & your productivity. You can write what made your day & let others experience the happiness too, at least vicariously. This is a thread to pick each other up. This is a thread to keep each other accountable. This is a no-judgement zone.

--------

“This is one more piece of advice I have for you: don't get impatient. Even if things are so tangled up you can't do anything, don't get desperate or blow a fuse and start yanking on one particular thread before it's ready to come undone. You have to realize it's going to be a long process and that you'll work on things slowly, one at a time.”

@Apu_n_42it basically asking to write about how mughal empire was on a downfall, small states independent kingdoms carved out by mansabdars, nobility heavily denting the unity of empire..sectarian divisions in society visible in institutions like army, other officials recruitment etc.. after writing this can describe why it was so.. like reasons for such fragmentation..for ex. weak n incompetent later mughal rulers, policies of aurangzeb hugely impacted rajputs n other smaller groups who supported the mughal empire thus leading to breakage n weakening of empire, stagnant agriculture leading to less revenue, corrupt officials etc... rise of marathas.. then can conclude by writing how all these helped europeans to ultimately colonize the country..mention battle of plassey, nadir shah invasions etc..

Humble request

I hope everybody who's on the edge has started with their Mains preparation. However I'd like you to do me & yourself a favour. Since I've already filled my representation on UPSC website, I'm no longer able to edit it. But I feel with what I've learned recently there's very strong case for the NFT Q's 3rd statement being correct. So, I request those of you who haven't filled their representation yet to please do the needful. It won't take more than 2 minutes.

Statement 3 is correct because: These days NFTs are being generated for giving access to gated communities - physical and digital both. Essentially you get a NFT ticket that gives you access to a concert, WhatsApp group, discord community, etc. Now all these NFTs are identical(same) except for a different hash no(similar to how 2 rupees 100 notes are same in value but their individual series number is different ->Therefore when you exchange two Rs 100 notes, you don't care about the series number printed on it). NFTs work in a similar fashion. You can trade/exchange two NFTs at equivalence that give you access to an event and ofc these are commercial transactions. The following start-up is doing precisely this: https://sentr3.com/?gclid=CjwKCAjw14uVBhBEEiwAaufYx86QPWys7LdB7VacvCmfpH6hD9VK25OeVtkX0SGccR6GisojEf3eHhoCQWMQAvD_BwE

**Also the Q mentioned, "can be" and not "all NFTs" or anything else.

I've double-checked this with a start-up founder in the web3.0 space as well. Plus the Q merely said "can be" which is an immense possibility. We just need to bring it to the eye of UPSC.

You can raise your representation at: https://upsconline.nic.in/miscellaneous/QPRep/

**You have time till 6:00 PM tomorrow. Thanks in advance!

@ScarredEngineer Brother, UPSC does not get into such wordplay. This has been proven over the last few years. They generally take the lay man's interpretation. If wordplay was involved, even the statement which says "strength of Union government should be less than 15% of strength of LS ..." should be wrong, because 91st CAA says strength of Council of Ministers and not Union govt. Besides, if such wordplay were taken seriously, majority of the questions every year would be doubtful.
