They're not. Marketable security means one that can be traded in markets like stock exchanges. Both fixed coupon and variable coupon bonds can be traded

Did you manage to make the payment? No options are working, tried using SBI netbanking OTP did not come.

i was having a different issue. was automatically logging out once clicking on payment link using edge and chrome. net banking finally worked when i downloaded firefox
