@Neyawn sir, my obc certificate,issued before prelims isn't having non creamy layer clause, but the new one is a recent one after 3 rd March. Should I upload both ?
I have filled obc ncl as my father is in Group c (inspector ) .His salary right now is 10 lakh. But salary is not included in the income .(confirmed from upsc ).
My doubt :" is property also the criteria for creamy layer" .Can it be problem in later stages of exam?
So how do u calculate the income then . Iam having the same problem dude

I got my EWS certificate on 03-03-2020 [the last date for submission of application]. So, will the EWS certificate be applicable?
Do we have to mention about other UPSC exams we have applied to but not appeared in? I had applied to a few exams including CS Prelims some years back, but didn't appear in them.@Neyawn and others please help.
@Neyawn While filling educational information , VIDE RULE7 - DEGREE CERTIFICATE , after filling all details then clicking on save , all details are vanished . Please help me.

What browser are you using ?
Govt websites sometimes work best in internet explorer.
I once spend 3 days figuring out a similar problem ( some MNREGS data analysis work. ) until my DC - a completely non technical person opened the IE and did what I was trying for three days.
Of course things have changed now a lot.
Make sure you are using a laptop or desktop and not a tablet / safari

I've already submitted DAF. I've checked certificate numbers & all others many times before final submission.
But, I have entered the "Have you Applied other examinations of UPSC" as NO. I haven't actually but this year, I did apply for Forest Service... I always thought both these exams are one at prelims stage & thus, forget to mention it.
Is there any problem.. I've asked few other candidates & they said it doesn't matter. But it's still bothering me... Your advise ?

This is tricky. You have it as per last date. Go ahead with it. You will have to take chances. Commission may not have thought of the wordings.

Have a doubt regarding the undertaking to be submitted by the Govt. employees. I have informed my department while applying for prelims. Should i inform them about mains also.
And which date (of intimation) should be filled in the undertaking. The mains intimation one or the prelims one?

try different browser..like firefox,explorer,edge etc
also sometimes it happens if u use a tab to fill form..hence try using laptop or PC

There are 3 save option on that page, one each for each section and one overall for the page, make sure to save first for section then for page.
