Geography optional Mains 2019 discussion | Lessons Learnt
Where are all the poor souls of geo in forum ?
Guys... What do you think about paper 1 ? Would it be like 2017 where people claimed they got much more than expected due to some lenient correction ?
Similarly in paper 2 I found that I had very less case studies and facts to quote on paper. Pls do comment so that we can have a gauge of the way optional is going.

@Bubba_gumpP1 I felt difficult compared to 2017. 2018 I didn't attempt, but paper looked easy.

@Rags300+. No matter what the difficulty level of the paper is, there are always few who score above 300+. If the paper is easy more people score above 300 like Anthropology last year.

@tmblnd1325194I think there wont be any ready made solution for this question on books. You have to split the Ecosystem into its components and answer in that prespective.
@tmblnd1325194there are three approaches of environmental management: Spatial Approach, Ecological approach and Environmental Management System System or Strategic Approach. You can find these ain Environmental Geography by Savindra Singh, chapter 23- Environmental Planning and management.
