Where are all the poor souls of geo in forum ?
Guys... What do you think about paper 1 ? Would it be like 2017 where people claimed they got much more than expected due to some lenient correction ?
Similarly in paper 2 I found that I had very less case studies and facts to quote on paper. Pls do comment so that we can have a gauge of the way optional is going.

@Bubba_gumpleft 20 blank. 30 below average. 150 well adressed in paper 1. Paper 2 only 5 map correct. Around 200 mark is well addressed.
@al_biruni30 marks in paper 1( left pseudovolncanic, micro carbon sink, low energy coast all 3 blank ...plus biological desert namesake). 20 marks in paper 2( 2017 monsoon, hill transport subsidy).
@hirockyrocks7101I knew pseudovolcanic and micro carbon sin that year, but this year phreatic and Harhtshorne question complete blank. NRR wrote nonsense.

@al_birunibhai if paper comes tough then marks are more if attempted well..more scaling.
In 2017 marks even reached 165 in paper 1 which was comparatively tougher than paper 2.
In 2018 paper 2 was tougher and maximum reached upto 173.

@hirockyrocks7101Well..I had addressed multiple dimensions, don't remember much now. 3(a) on effect of pesticide was average attempted with general content and 6(a) on intrabasin linkages was also average.

- Water sharing issues brahmaputra, indus, teesta
- Diffusion of races mongoloid from East and aryan from west
Rest not so specific ones, counting it as average and thus 50% marks.
@hirockyrocks7101Yes, similar points. I kept the answer revolving around Indian federalism. I attempted this question because I had good data available for 4(c), directly from economic survery.
@vvvikas0078212hahah, same here bro, all 3 major age groups and related percentage, age structure and sex pyramid, share of workforce in sectors and also demographic dividend and government initiatives.
@jumboI have written very generic answer .I have drawn an incomplete graph showing increase in use of insecticide after green rev .And then wrote generic points over it's impact on health.
@jumboI covered both spatial and temporal aspects of fertilizer etc use. Used diffusion of info concept, green rev both pre and post analysis, distance decay from core areas and used maps to substantiate. Generic stuff for health issues. What you guys wrote?
