[Results] Prelims 2020 Over - Gearing for 2021
Because of the corona virus issue? If it does not happen then worst affected will be people whose interview is stuck, around 600-700 such people I think are yet to appear for their interview.

पढ़ लो, 2 महीने पहले भी यही बकर पेल रहे थे । 4 महीने का टाइम दे दिया अब भी वही बकर चल रही । UPSC ने सेंटर बदलवा दिए हैं, नए स्कूल भी खरीद लेगी सेंटर्स के लिए , हर सेंटर पर बच्चे भी कम लेगी, प्लास्टिक शीट्स भी लगवा देगी बेंचेज़ पर कवरिंग के लिए, invigilaters को PPE किट्स भी देदेगी और बच्चों को एक मास्क और face shield sanitiser किट भी दे देगी जरूरी हुआ तो - मगर एग्जाम अक्टूबर में ही होगा । 😎😎😎

In the present circumstances, the best we can do is be more compassionate, not flow in the stream of uncertainty and hold steady to our own. Beyond that, if you have the luxury of making out time for studies, please do give it your all. Competition is and will be fierce, any given day. Be it Oct 20' or Jan 20' or Mar 20' and onwards.

श्रीमान, हम आपकी बात से सहमत है, लेकीन-
१. बेंचस पर प्लास्टिक शीट लगाने से क्या फायदा, अपनी तशरीफ तो व्यक्ति को उस पर तब भी रखनी होगी।
२. यूपीएससी के सेंटर बदलने का जो विकल्प दिया था उससे तेज तो आईआरसीटीसी की वेबसाइट पर तत्काल टिकट बुक हो जाता है।
३. इस कोरोना महामारी के बीच तो मोदी जी, अमित शाह भी नहीं बता सकते कि परीक्षा हो पाएगी की नहीं। (हम सब उम्मीवार ४ अक्टूबर ही तह मान के चल रहे है)
४. बकर करने से उम्मीदवरों का मानसिक संतुलन बना रहता है और ऐसे प्रश्न मन्न में उठना कोई असमंजस की बात नहीं। सब अपना दुख सुख बाट रहे है यहां।
नोट- मास्क तो सब उम्मीदवार खुद ही ले आएंगे, सेंटर पे मिले या ना मिले।

हा हा हा.. सही बोले श्रीमान.. पता तो स्वयं UPSC को भी नहीं कि कब होगा.. परन्तु बस एक परिपाटी हमेशा याद रहे.. "EXAM postpone केवल और केवल तभी होगा जब UPSC की तैयारी नहीं होगी, न कि आपकी, हमारी या बाकी एस्पिरेन्ट्स की ।"
बाकी बकर करना तो हमारा जन्मसिद्ध अधिकार है । मैं भी तो वही कर रहा हूँ ;) धन्यवाद आपका भी दिन रात शुभ हो ।

its straight and simple if you are not in favour of upsc cse conducting on 4th because cases are increasing then either you withdraw your candidature or don''t appear.
1. your dad or bro sis must be going out for job daily in this same situation despite this you are putting forward how going to exam center will increase your chances of infection and family members.
ps :my dad is going out every day and my bro is working he has to go out every day. your family memebrs must be doing same for your food and ease living.
2. when risk comes form everywhere then i choose career over life,for me career is more important than life. so it depends on individual what matters for them(but i gave you logic how your dad or bro sis going out daily for your comfort living). upsc gave you option to withdraw your form in case you dont want to appear.
if your family memebers
are going out for jobs that includes public transport travel workign with large customers as banks staffs. why are you so worried about your health by a single day of exam?are we ambani or birla? if we are we wont apply upsc ever we are of middle class .i am sorry for my harsh words to all the members. corona is real and rude i know but everyone should stop their bro sis and dad mom from going to their jobs. ofcousre they use publc transport , crowd in offices as bankers , shop owners, which job gives no corwd at all? even if you are DM IPS or whatever.
WITHDRAW YOUR FORMS or STUDY hard why exam should not happen ?
who is paying your bills? dont you see your dad and bro going out everyday risking their lives?
dont they travel? is there anyone whose dad is bankers constable police officers busnimen? which kind of job or business of your family is so safe that there is no crowd dealing? no public transport using?
its same like labourers waking on their foot for upsc dream and privileged puclic mocking them that they are responsible for corona spread but reality is that every single case of corona was brought by flights

@curiouscse that's a very interesting perspective my friend. Albeit a narrow one. Consider this:
You will be safe. I will be safe. Your family will be safe. My family will be safe. You will be AIR 1. I will be AIR 2. Like Yo yo choti singh here, we will be commenting on these blogs for fun next year, may be from the ACADEMY. GREAT. We risked it. We fought. We got through. Career is more important and so be it.

World leaders define loss of lives in wars as "collateral damage." In fact We are taught that Warscan and are supposed to havecollateral damage.
But brother,Exams, sure as hell have no scope for collateral damage. Not even one. Period.
So when you ask us to de-hyphenate family from the exam, sorry. But we can't. Even if I can, my heart goes out to even that single person who might end up becoming the reason for something tragic.
